原来AMD已经不给48XX显卡提供带控制中心的win10驱动了啊

看看NV至少GF8,GF9官网依旧一直有新驱动，今年还有4款.....

刚捡了个4830，本来想在win10上试试，没想到自带驱动没有控制中心。。。
