Your memory's chip might not be the same as 1866 and 2133 sticks, so flash a higher frequency XMP into your sticks might not work too.
You can try 1866 11-11-11 and raise DIMM voltage to 1.65v and see if it can post.

You may be right, but they often use the same chips with specific subtimings, the XMP profiles have subtimings that cannot be adjusted on most motherboards. The only way is trial and error. In 1866MHz with CL11 works, but I think they can do cl10 1866 or 2133 cl11 or cl12 with the correct subtimings. I really want to try with a 1866 cl10  or 2133 XMP profile, i will post the results for you.

直接enable profile 2，然后MTB Divisor 12，min SDRAM Cycle 10，下面时序自己设置了
