System: Dell Optiplex 390 Intel H61 SATA 3G , UEFI Bios disabled. The SSD ist not recognized during 9 of ten reboots.
When it was recognized i flashed back to 000F and Problems goes away!
I can confirm that it makes the drive undetectable under UEFI (I was testing out some other things, just so happens I ran into the issue).
Updated my M4, worked fine until I went for lunch. Came back to find laptop totally frozen. Had to shut it down via the power button and now when I start it, it says there's no boot device.
Looks like it bricked my SSD. This is a big issue for me since my laptop is the only PC I have access to at work so I don't know what to do now!
I returned smoothly to 000F version because I do not trust. In my country,Spain, in hardware forums some people have had problems later with UEFI bios, disk not recognized.
So, here i am on 010G and my M4 256 Gb is not recognized By the bios. My MB is Asus RIVE..
Sweet.. I removed some devices from my boot order in the BIOS and the BIOS wouldn't detect the drive. This is the first time ever I had a problem with the detection of the drive. After about 10 reboot tries it finally detected the drive and booted.
This is some improvement in drive detection by gosh.
I WANT CRUCIAL TO TELL ME HOW TO DOWNGRADE THE BIOS TO 0F. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTBLE!
My board is a Asus P8Z68-V PRO/GEN 3 and the BIOS is Rev 3402.
Hi all
big problem for me after upgrading my M4 256 Go with firmware 10G.
My ssd doesn't start when I start my computer
I must wait 10 minutes (pc started) and My ssd is detected by the motherboard and the system starts normally.
the behavior is the same whatever the sata port (marvell sata 3 or intel sata 2).
It s very annoying.
After starting , no problem , the ssd works fine.
any ideas on the problem ?
Same problems here. Downgrade with ISO 000F works...
Win7 crashed after 2 hours on 010G.
SSD was not found in AHCI mode anymore
I expected a HW defect.
So i tried to go back to IDE. Now M4 was detected again.
Flashing back to 000F. Enable AHCI and all ok.
I have an older board.
Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3
Updated from 09 FW my 256GB M4 with the serial number 1131031603DB
Update was fine - worked sucessfully using the Windows Updater Tool.
PC rebootet and Windows ran fine - second reboot, no BIOS can detect the SSD any more, not in IDE, not in AHCI but it seems like the PC can find a device connected to that SATA Port but not initialize.
I already checked the SSD in a second PC, same problem, none of my BIOS can detect the SSD sucessfully.

没听说地过HM65可以支持 Legacy BIOS的。
如果我没记错,从Huron River 那一代Platform开始,Intel就已 ...
